Checked 24 September 2026. A free chart, an ad-free subscription and an API subscription solve different jobs. This comparison separates them. Athenum publishes this article and is one of the products compared; this is not an independent vendor ranking.
Start with the task
To inspect Bitcoin funding without signing in, we opened CoinGlass's funding table and Velo's BTC futures workspace in real browsers. Both displayed data. Athenum's public BTC/ETH pages show recorded settlements separately from indicative readings, plus seven days of history. They do not replace a full-market screener or an execution feed.
Access and price matrix
All prices below are USD as displayed by the provider on the check date. Taxes, promotions and checkout terms can differ. “Not verified” is an evidence limit, not a claim that a feature is absent.

|---|---|---|---|---|
CoinGlass | Public funding/OI dashboards | Prime: $28 monthly or $268 yearly | Separate API plans; Hobbyist $348/year, displayed as $29/month equivalent | Public table: no; subscription/API: account |
Coinalyze | Public derivatives charts | Ad-free version: $10.95/month | Separate free API with key and rate limits | Public charts: no; API key/subscription: account |

Data scope, delay and history
Product | Coverage checked | History and granularity | Delay / refresh evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
CoinGlass | Public BTC/ETH exchange table; API lists futures, spot and options venues | API Hobbyist: 180 days at 4h; daily history described as all available history. Dashboard/Prime history is separate | API plans advertise updates within one minute; no measured dashboard latency guarantee |
Coinalyze | Derivatives markets listed by the service; verify each symbol | API retains roughly 1,500–2,000 intraday points; daily points are not deleted | API limit: 40 calls/minute, not a data-latency promise |
Velo | BTC workspace with funding and OI; plan page advertises 2,750+ products | Premium monthly: three months at 1m; annual selection: 5+ years | News upgrade removes the news delay; this does not establish a derivatives latency SLA |
Hyblock | Plan page advertises 1,000+ coins; availability varies by metric | Professional API: three months, or three years with annual plan | No numeric freshness guarantee verified |
Athenum public pages | BTC and ETH: four settlement feeds; six OI venues | Seven days; individual settlements and hourly OI means | 60-second cache revalidation; source timestamps and feed-delay labels; no per-venue snapshot freshness guarantee |

The same task in real browsers
The accompanying screenshots document looking up BTC funding on CoinGlass and Velo, followed by Athenum's public settlement table. They are browser captures, not generated illustrations. Quotes were captured at different instants and may use different intervals or annualization, so the displayed numbers are not a price-accuracy competition. Funding paid in the past is different from the changing estimate for the next payment.

Corrections to the earlier comparison
Velo is not “completely free with no tiers.” CoinGlass Prime is not a CoinGlass API plan. Hyblock's static HTML returned zero placeholders in paid cards; the JavaScript-rendered annual prices above are the observations used here. Coinalyze's ad-free subscription is distinct from its public dashboard and API. Athenum's public coverage is stated by page and instrument rather than an unsupported blanket exchange count.
For a single BTC/ETH funding check, start with the public pages and inspect the timestamp. For systematic downloads, compare the API's exact symbol list, historical interval, usage licence and rate limit. For heatmaps, test the particular paid dashboard: a subscription to a different product from the same vendor does not establish access.
